The terms of the table, in plain words.

This website is operated by Xiaojiao Tian's Delights SG Pte. Ltd., 180 Kitchener Road, #04–37, City Square Mall, Singapore 208539. It is an informational site: it presents our menu, events, locations, and opening hours. It does not process reservations, orders, or payments.

By using this site you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. These terms are published in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.

Reservations are made via WhatsApp or by phone, not through this website. Tables are held for a fifteen-minute grace period from the booked time, after which we may release them to walk-in guests.

Bookings of eight or more, and bookings on certain festive evenings, may require a deposit; we will tell you in advance. Cancellations or party-size changes are appreciated at least four hours ahead of service. Repeated no-shows may, regretfully, lead us to decline future bookings.

Orders are placed and paid for entirely on the delivery partner's platform (GrabFood, Foodpanda, or Delivery Chinatown). We are not a party to the contract between you and the delivery partner regarding fees, delivery timing, or refund policies.

Once a courier collects your order, the courier is responsible for the journey. The kitchen seals each dish warm, but cannot guarantee thermal performance for trips beyond a partner's stated delivery radius.

We cook with shared woks in a working kitchen. We will adapt with care for declared allergies, but we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should exercise their own judgement. If you are sensitive, please:

• Tell us when you reserve, and again when you arrive.
• Make any allergy clearly visible on online orders.
• Ask, in person, if you are unsure about a dish; the team would rather pause than guess.

Allergen information for individual dishes is available on request from our staff.

Menu items, availability, and seasonal pricing are subject to change without notice. All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of the prevailing Goods and Services Tax (currently 9%). Any applicable service charge is stated at the table or at checkout.

Photographs on this site are illustrative and represent our style of cooking. Dishes are prepared fresh and may vary in appearance from the images shown.

All content on this site, including brand marks, the names "Xiao Jiao Tian" and "小叫天", photography, and editorial copy, is the property of Xiaojiao Tian's Delights SG Pte. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under the Copyright Act 2021 of Singapore and applicable intellectual property laws.

This site links to services operated by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms, privacy practices, or availability of these services:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): used for reservations. Meta's terms and privacy policy govern your use of WhatsApp.
• Delivery partners (GrabFood, Foodpanda, Delivery Chinatown): orders, payments, and refunds are governed by each partner's own terms.
• Google Maps: the Locations page embeds an interactive map. Loading that page connects your browser to Google's servers. Google may collect data and set cookies per its own privacy policy.
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu): outbound links only. No social widgets or tracking scripts are loaded on this site.

This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Xiaojiao Tian's Delights SG Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or any linked third-party service.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Singapore.

We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

These terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Xiaojiao Tian's Delights SG Pte. Ltd. regarding your use of this website.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute not resolved through a friendly conversation is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
