This website does not collect, store, or process personal data. Specifically:

• There are no contact forms, enquiry forms, or sign-up forms on this site.
• There are no analytics scripts, tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling tools.
• There are no advertising cookies, re-targeting scripts, or third-party ad networks.
• There are no user accounts, logins, or password-protected areas.

This site is hosted on Netlify. Like all web servers, Netlify may automatically log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request. These logs are controlled by Netlify, not by us, and are subject to Netlify's own privacy policy.

We do not access, process, or store these server logs.

The Locations page embeds an interactive Google Maps frame to show the restaurant's position. When that page loads, your browser connects directly to Google's servers. Google may collect technical data, including your IP address, and may set cookies according to its own privacy policy.

We have no access to the data Google collects through this embed. For details, refer to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).

This site contains links to third-party services that operate independently:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): used for reservations. Once you open a WhatsApp conversation, Meta's privacy policy governs.
• Delivery partners: GrabFood, Foodpanda, Delivery Chinatown. Ordering happens entirely on their platforms.
• Social media: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu. These are outbound links only; no social widgets or embeds are loaded on this site.

This website itself does not set any cookies. The Google Maps embed on the Locations page may set cookies through Google's own scripts. You can manage or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.

When you contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp, or when you place a reservation or order through a delivery partner, personal data may be collected outside this website. That data is handled in accordance with Singapore's PDPA:

• We collect only what is needed to fulfil the reservation, order, or reply.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data for marketing purposes.
• Reservation and order records are retained for five years as required by Singapore tax and food-safety regulations, then deleted.
• Personal correspondence is retained while it remains useful, then deleted on request.

Under the PDPA you may, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Request that we correct inaccurate data.
• Withdraw your consent for us to use your data (except where retention is required by law).
• Request that we delete your data.

We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) at pdpc.gov.sg.

This website is not directed at individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
