Our Story

Founded in Fuzhou, Fujian in 2008, Xiao Jiao Tian has spent nearly two decades perfecting the art of Sichuan cuisine, celebrated across China for its authentic flavors.

Now in Singapore, Xiao Jiao Tian opens its first international destination. A bridge between China’s rich culinary heritage and the city’s vibrant, modern dining scene.

Each dish is cooked to order, prepared with care to suit local tastes and lighter in oil and spice. From our signature Pickled Chili Bullfrog (泡椒活田鸡) to the colourful stir-fries of Sichuan and Hunan. Every plate reflects the harmony of heat, fragrance, and freshness.
